Only what is needed for an account, a purchase, a launch message, or a feature you request.
Information we handle
Account information includes your email address, account identifier, sign-in status, and subscription tier. Amazon Cognito handles authentication. Ayvlo receives the account details needed to recognize you and license the studio; it does not receive your password.
If you join launch access, Ayvlo stores the name and email address you submit. If you purchase a plan, Stripe handles payment details and provides Ayvlo with transaction, subscription, and billing-status information. Ayvlo does not store your complete card number.
Cloudflare processes ordinary web-request information needed to deliver and protect ayvlo.com, such as an IP address, device or browser information, request time, and security signals.
- Account and authentication details
- Subscription and transaction status
- Launch-access or support messages you send
- Technical request and security information
Your local workspace is the default. Online processing happens only when you ask for it.
Projects and assisted creation
Your footage, scripts, recordings, timelines, thumbnails, exports, and creative memory are designed to remain in the Ayvlo workspace on your computer. Ayvlo does not silently upload your project library or turn it into a feed.
When you deliberately use an assisted creation feature, Ayvlo sends the selected prompt, source material, project context, or media needed to perform that request. That information is used to return the requested result, maintain safety and reliability, and resolve failures—not to build an advertising profile or train shared models.
You control whether to keep, change, export, or delete the result. Removing a local project from your computer removes the local copy under your control; it does not automatically erase account or transaction records held online for the purposes described below.
To provide Ayvlo, keep it secure, complete your requests, and communicate about your account.
How we use information
Ayvlo uses information to authenticate accounts, provide plan features, complete requested processing, operate billing, deliver launch or service messages, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve reliability, and respond to support or legal requests.
Ayvlo does not use your personal information for targeted advertising. If we introduce optional analytics or a materially different use, we will update this policy and provide any choice required by law before that use begins.
A small set of providers performs specific jobs for Ayvlo; they do not receive a blanket right to your work.
Providers and disclosure
Ayvlo uses service providers for authentication, hosting and security, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, and requested media or AI processing. Current core providers include Amazon Cognito for sign-in, Cloudflare for website infrastructure, and Stripe for payments.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person from harm, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a corporate transaction. In a transaction, this policy continues to apply to transferred personal information unless you are notified otherwise.
Ayvlo does not sell personal information. Ayvlo does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Keep data only as long as the job, the account, or the law requires.
Retention and deletion
Local project retention is controlled by you. Online account information is generally kept while your account is active. Launch-access information is kept until the launch communication is complete, you unsubscribe, or it is no longer needed. Transaction and security records may be kept longer when required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Data sent for an online request may be retained for the time needed to complete, secure, and troubleshoot that request. Retention can vary by processor and feature. Ayvlo works to minimize the material sent and the time it is retained.
You may request deletion of eligible online account information by emailing hello@ayvlo.com. Some records may be retained where the law permits or requires it, including transaction, security, and legal records.
Ask what Ayvlo has, correct it, delete eligible information, or object where the law gives you that right.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, or appeal a decision about a request. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in the message or by contacting us.
Ayvlo will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. If an exception applies, we will explain it. You may use an authorized agent where local law allows.
Online providers may process information across borders; Ayvlo is not directed to children under 13.
International use and children
Ayvlo and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those places may have different data-protection rules from your home country. Where required, Ayvlo uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Ayvlo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove eligible information. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use Ayvlo only with permission from a parent or guardian.
If the way Ayvlo handles information materially changes, the policy changes too.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Ayvlo develops or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or how information is used, we will provide additional notice when required.
