You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Ayvlo is not intended for children under 13.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for activity performed with your credentials. Keep credentials secure and notify hello@ayvlo.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to an account.

Ayvlo includes local software and online services. Some workflows can remain in your local workspace; assisted generation, account licensing, billing, updates, or other connected features may require internet access.

Features, limits, supported systems, and availability may vary by plan and may change as the product develops. Preview, beta, or early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on a preview feature as the sole copy of important work.

As between you and Ayvlo, you retain your rights in footage, scripts, recordings, prompts, images, edits, project files, exports, and other material you provide or create. These terms do not give Ayvlo ownership of that material.

You grant Ayvlo a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the feature you request, comply with law, and enforce these terms. This permission ends when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention and technical backup cycles.

You confirm that you have the permissions needed to use the material you submit. You remain responsible for releases, licenses, attribution, permissions, and other requirements that apply to your sources and final publication.

Assisted features can produce incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or similar results for different users. You must review results before relying on, publishing, distributing, or using them commercially. Ayvlo does not guarantee that a result is unique, factually correct, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular audience or purpose.

You decide which suggestions to accept, what to change, and what to publish. Ayvlo is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice.

You may not use Ayvlo to break the law; exploit or endanger a child; create or distribute non-consensual intimate material; infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; impersonate or deceive in a harmful way; distribute malware; evade safeguards or plan limits; probe or disrupt systems; scrape the service at scale; or help another person do any of those things.

Ayvlo may investigate suspected abuse, restrict a feature, remove online material, suspend an account, or preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or the public, or to comply with law. Local files that remain solely on your device are under your control.

Ayvlo may offer Free, Creator, Pro, enterprise, trial, promotional, or other plans. Current features and prices are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, paid subscriptions automatically renew using the payment method on file.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through your Ayvlo account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. If payment fails, Ayvlo may retry the charge or limit paid features.

Canceling does not transfer ownership of or intentionally delete the project files and exports stored in your local workspace. Connected generation and paid features may stop when the paid period ends.

Ayvlo relies on providers for services such as authentication, infrastructure, payments, email, and requested media or AI processing. Their availability can affect Ayvlo. When you independently connect a third-party account, service, model, or source, your relationship with that provider is also governed by its terms and privacy practices.

Ayvlo is not responsible for third-party material, services, or websites it does not control. Links or integrations do not mean Ayvlo endorses every statement, policy, or result from the provider.

Ayvlo may add, change, limit, or remove features, plans, compatibility, or service capacity. We may release updates needed for security, compatibility, or continued operation. Online services may occasionally be interrupted, and no service can promise error-free or uninterrupted availability.

You may stop using Ayvlo at any time. Ayvlo may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, non-payment, legal requirement, security risk, or conduct that threatens users or the service. Where reasonable, Ayvlo will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important source material and exports. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability—continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayvlo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayvlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use Ayvlo. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ayvlo may update these terms as the product, pricing, or law changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects existing users, Ayvlo will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without Ayvlo’s consent; Ayvlo may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or sale of the business. Applicable law and any non-waivable consumer protections remain in effect.
